Upgradingintroducing our new system

We are excited to announce that we have introduced a new system which will allow our account customers to book a cab via our ‘Real Time’ online booking system. This means you can make a ‘live’ account work booking without the need to call our office.

At the same time we will be introducing a ‘Live’ vehicle tracking system, accessible via our Free to download Web App.

This system will:

  • Notify you of the vehicle make, colour and registration to ensure you know the taxi waiting for you is genuine
  • Provide an estimated arrival time of your taxi
  • Allow you to the track the location of your taxi en-route
  • Send you a text when your taxi is outside your chosen pickup address
  • Allow you to call the driver directly from the app
